At Adelaide Town Hall, our Day Delegate Packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the character and prestige of our historic space, while delivering the comfort and functionality expected of a modern event. Whether you are welcoming delegates into the remarkable Auditorium, gathering in the elegant Banqueting Room, or convening in one of our more intimate meeting spaces, each experience is underpinned by attentive service and carefully considered inclusions.
From freshly brewed coffee on arrival to nourishing, chef-prepared catering throughout the day, every element is delivered with care. Paired with essential technology, flexible room configurations and the enduring atmosphere of this iconic venue, your event is set to feel both seamless and significant.

Auditorium – Monday to Friday
$120 per person, Day Delegate Conference Package includes:
Based on a minimum of 100pax
- Room hire – The Auditorium
- Room set up
- All day catering:
- Continuous service of freshly brewed coffee, a selection of boutique teas
- Morning tea: Chef’s Selection of one morning tea item
- Working Lunch: Daily selection of sandwiches and selection of two salads
- Afternoon tea: Chef’s Selection of one afternoon tea item
- Orange juice, still and sparkling water
- Healthy treat
- Continuous service of freshly brewed coffee, a selection of boutique teas
- Complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates
- PA system, lectern, and microphone
Other things to note:
- Additional Audio-Visual requirements (e.g. screen & Projector, stage) priced on request through Scene Change
- Tech support is available on site for the day for an additional charge.
- Flipcharts and other support materials can be supplied at a cost
- Please enquire about Security charges for weekend and out of hours events
Banqueting Room – Monday to Friday
$100 per person, Day Delegate Conference Package includes:
