The Adelaide Summer Orchestra was founded in 2013 with the aim of bringing together talented amateur musicians, advanced students and local professionals, all drawn from across South Australia.
The orchestra provides a platform for aspiring musicians of all levels to enable them to play large challenging works, normally only accessible to professional orchestras. The orchestra is supported by professional conductors/soloists of a high standard, uniting musicians through their passion for music-making at the highest level.
