A panel session will follow with Effie joining City of Adelaide CEO Clare Mockler and Woods Bagot Principal, Rosina Di Maria, with further exploration the changing urban environment and the opportunities and initiatives being undertaken to support healthy workplaces and improve productivity and creativity.

Effie can be caught everyday on Channel 9’s Today Show as its money expert, and hear her regularly on radio around Australia. Effie Money magazine editor until 2019, having helped establish it in 1999 when talking about money in a fun, casual way wasn’t the norm. As Editor-at-Large of Canstar, Australia's biggest financial comparison site, she continues to help Aussies make the most of what they have. Passionate about financial literacy, Effie sits on the board of directors for Ecstra, a not-for-profit organisation committed to building the financial capability of all Australians within a fair financial system and is an independent Director of InvestSMART. Effie is also the author of children’s financial literacy book The Great $20 Adventure, A Real Girl’s Guide to Money: From Converse to Louboutins and Ditch the Debt & Get Rich. She holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Queensland. Effie is also the proud mother of two reformed spenders.'

Woods Bagot Principal and Adelaide studio Chair Rosina Di Maria is an industry leader in design. With extensive global experience, having lived and worked across Europe, Russia, Asia and Australia, Rosina returned to Adelaide after leading the Interiors portfolio in the Woods Bagot London studio. Rosina has led award-winning projects across sectors and is a strong collaborator. Notable projects include the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), The Australian Bragg Centre for Proton Therapy & Research, Journey Beyond’s Rail travel upgrade, BHP’s global workplace transformation, the National Gallery of Australia upgrade and Tarrkarri – Centre for First Nations Cultures at Lot Fourteen in collaboration with New York practice Diller Scofidio + Renfro. A frequent invited speaker, panellist, and juror, Rosina is a national judge for multiple awards and holds a position on the Property Council of Australia and is Ministerially appointed as a Board Member of JamFactory and Carclew Youth Arts.
