Location: Carrington Room

Death Cafes give us a safe space to hold conversations about death without fear of judgement or prejudice. Many of us actually want to talk about death, but we don’t know how to start. Yet we carry around a rich internal storage of stories, theories, ideas, and philosophies built out of our unique culture, beliefs and life experiences. Death Cafes are held all over the world in different languages in order to create spaces for society to talk about death and dying, as well as the complex emotions and events that may surround it.
