Colonel William Light, South Australia's first Surveyor-General had an amazing life which began in Malaya. Hear stories of his travels from Penang to England, France, his time in the army in Spain, his honeymoon in Switzerland and Italy, and as a sailor to Egypt.

Food, drink are not to be consumed during the tour.

Photographs are not permitted in particular areas of the Town Hall, please check with the tour guide if you wish to take photographs.

Due to the Town Hall Function Centre bookings, they cannot guarantee that all areas will be available for viewing at the time of your tour.
