This session is suitable women aged 14 and over of all fitness levels.
Learn the basics of attack and defence, and compete against your fellow beginners at the end of the session!
Participants need to wear long track pants (no jeans or leggings), sneakers and a t-shirt, and bring a water bottle. The club provide the rest!
If you want to keep going after the Try Session, you are welcome to keep coming to the club and after a few weeks, join as a member. Adelaide Swords Club will provide more information about Memberships on the night.
There is ample street parking around the school. Please be aware of time limits on parking spaces, and residential zones.
